AzEIP

If you know of a child under the age of 3 that should be referred for a screening, the family needs to be referred to the Arizona Early Intervention Program known as AzEIP. The AzEIP web site has "A Checklist for Your Child's Growth from Birth to Five". It is recommended that you review the checklist for your child's development to date.

If you have concerns about your child's development, click on How do I know if my child needs early intervention? and How do I refer my child to AzEIP?
