File Failed - Pending Retry |
Displayed when file failed to process. This usually indicates that the system is experiencing technical difficulties. The file will be re-tried shortly and the user should not resubmit the file at this point. This message offers a hyperlink to detailed message describing the reason for this status. |

File Held for Processing |
File is not currently being processed but is being held. This message offers a hyperlink to detailed message describing the reason for this status. Often, the system is currently not processing files of the type submitted for this fiscal year. ADE's School Finance unit will review the file and either release it to be processed or reject the file. |

File Is Being Processed... |
Informational message shown when the file is currently being processed by the system. This message indicates a temporary state that is about to change. This will be followed by a subsequent activity message. |

File Pending Validation... |
Informational message shown when the system will soon begin testing the validity of the file. This message indicates a temporary state that is about to change. |
|
File Processed Successfully |
File encountered no verification, validation, or system errors and was saved to the appropriate ADE database. |
|
File Rejected by School Finance |
This message will only follow the "File Held for Processing" status since it indicates the file was not systematically rejected but was manually rejected. This message offers a hyperlink to detailed message describing the reason for this status. |

File Rejected with System Errors |
Fatal error message indicating that ADE did not accept or save any data contained in the file. This typically does not result from a user issue, rather a SF issue for resolution. This message offers a hyperlink to detailed message describing the reason for this status. |

File Transmission Failed |
Typically indicates that the file transmission was interrupted or the file could not be opened. This may be the result of the browser window being closed prematurely. This message offers a hyperlink to detailed message describing the reason for this status. |

File Transmission in Progress... |
Informational message shown when user has clicked the Upload File button in the Budget Upload Page and an attempted transmission has begun. This message indicates a temporary state that is about to change. |

Validation In Progress... |
Informational message shown when the system is in the process of testing the validity of the contents of the file. This message indicates a temporary state that is about to change. |

Informational message shown when the system is in the process of verifying certain properties of the file such as inclusion of certain required data elements, header format, acceptable file type extension, etc. This message indicates a temporary state that is about to change. |
