| MISSION STATEMENT | | The mission of the Humanities and Sciences Academy is to provide a rigorous accelerated high school program for adult learners 18 years of age to 21 years of age and to prepare them academically for occupational education, postsecondary education, social responsibility, employability, and lifelong learning through distance education.
The Humanities and Sciences Academy Arizona provides a rigorous, accelerated academic program in world languages, language arts, literature, social studies, mathematics, and natural sciences. These disciplines integrate Arizona’s Academic Standards for students. All courses are taught by highly qualified, certified instructors using inquiry-based learning, cooperative learning, and technology. Instruction takes places over the phone, one to one.
